British Collectors' Teddy Bear 2008
Steiff EAN 662966, Limited Edition for the UK and Ireland

This stunning teddy bear was created as a tribute to the innovations of 1908 and captures all those magical ingredients that catapulted Steiff to such success 100 years ago. He is 38cm tall and made from reddish blond mohair with genuine glass eyes - a material used at that time in the UK only for special orders. He has a typical English tie and bearish growling voice and is a true tribute to those bears of yesteryear. Made from the finest mohair in reddish blond, his mouth and nose have been hand embroidered.
